Speakers that angle 30-45 degrees is probably desired.Ģ. Using an angled speaker for the ceiling can help this where you still get a good response and effect. Shorter ceilings can be problems because the speaker is almost directly above you with a speaker in the ear effect or because of the angles and off axis response putting them too far in front or behind you will not give a good effect.
It can be a big issue, depending on your placement an angled speaker might work better.
